What will the course cover?

The course covers; Legislation Hazards Temperature Control Refridgeration Chilling and Cold Holding Food Handling Principles of Safe Food Storage Cleaning food premises and equipment

Who is the course for?

This one day course has been designed to address the food safety needs and is essential for anybody who handles food working in catering, schools and colleges. .

What skills, knowledge or experience do I need to start this course?

All students must have at least a Level 2 in Literacy
