What will the course cover?

An introduction to Ethiopian culture with a focus on Ethiopian food and cooking. The course will give an introduction to essential Ethiopian ingredients and will cover some traditional Ethiopian recipes (some meat and some vegetarian).

Who is the course for?

Food lovers and anyone with an interest in Ethiopian culture, including those planning to travel to Ethiopia or for people who have heard about this amazing country and its delicious food and simply want to know more.

What skills, knowledge or experience do I need to start this course?

No prior skills, knowledge or experience are needed.

What should I be able to do by the end of the course?

By the end of the course, you will be familiar with Ethiopian culture and will be able to cook a few Ethiopian dishes.

How is the course organised?

There are three classes about Ethiopia, covering cookery, art and dance. You can choose to take one or all three of them.
