Anyone interested in learning more about London's history from ancient times to the present.
None but your English should be good enough to be able to follow the lectures, participate in class discussions and do some background reading
Have a much more detailed knowledge of the development of London's history from Tudor to Victorian times
10 two-hour long sessions with each one focusing on a particular aspect of London's history (from political developments to social and cultural aspects). Towards the end of the course the tutor and students will discuss the possibility of a London tour to see first hand some of the sites covered during the sessions
Some reading is recommended but it is not a requirement.
