There is a Learning Support Assistant in every class to give special help where needed and support the tutor in class, along with learners’ own personal support if necessary. The class frequently benefits from dance/theatre students attached to Amici Dance Theatre Company. Makaton signs and images are used where possible to help understanding. Senior Learning Support Assistants are available to support with enrolling, information, guidance and communicating with learners homes. Tutors who have the same learner will also work together to make sure all teaching and support is working the same way across all their classes
