The Hammersmith and Fulham Adult Learning and Skills Service prospectus of courses for September 2010 is available at all of our centres and libraries in the borough. However, if you cannot pick one up, the entire listing is available here. It contains the full listing of our courses beginning in September 2010 until December 2010. However, additional information, news, detailed course information and new courses will appear exclusively on this website. Do return regularly so you do not miss out. Learner Handbook
The Learner Handbook will provide you with a range of information and advice to

Learner Support Fund
The Learner Support Fund form outlines the criteria for eligibility and contains a one page form which can be printed. You must complete one form for every class you attend. Once you have completed the form, your tutor must sign it, before it can be handed in to reception. Download [16/07/09; Size = 40Kb].
Refund
The Refund form outlines the circumstances under which you may claim a refund for a course and contains a two page form which can be printed. You need only complete the first page. You may include more than one course on a single form. Once you have completed the form, please hand both pages in to reception. Download [16/07/09; Size = 20Kb].
Enrolment Form
Beat the queues. Avoid waiting in long lines by printing and filling in an Enrolment Form in advance. The enrolment form must be completed fully in order to enrol for a course. Either post this form or hand it in to reception at any centre along with the appropriate course fees. If a course requires an interview before enrolment, the tutor or interviewer must sign the form before you can enrol. Download [18/07/10; Size = 144Kb].
