This fitness and health programme includes courses to help you stay fit and active and a range of therapies taught by experienced professionals. For those looking for paid or voluntary work in the sports area, the Sports Development team will be running Community Sports Leader Award (CSLA) courses which provide an excellent starting point.

ITEC level 3 ITEC Diploma Indian Head Massage, which currently qualified ITEC Holistic Massage practitioners can add to their portfolio.

If you want information on the Community Sports Leader Award, youth sports or provision for people with disabilities please contact the Sports Development team on 020 7736 1724.

It is possible to join at any time during the year and it may be possible to pay course fees by regular installments throughout your course, instead of paying the full amount at the start. Please ask about installment plans when you enrol.

Further education/qualification classes
Courses with a blue band are accredited and are aimed at those who would like to work towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Courses leading to a qualification will require an interview before you can enrol.

Concessions
If you are entitled to a concessionary fee and join any accredited course, you will receive a £20 discount for every additional accredited course you join.

To help pay for course fees and materials, it may be possible to apply for the Learner Support Fund.
