This fitness and health programme includes courses to help you stay fit and active and a range of therapies taught by experienced professionals. For those looking for paid or voluntary work in the sports area, the Sports Development team will be running Community Sports Leader Award (CSLA) courses which provide an excellent starting point.

ITEC level 3 ITEC Diploma Indian Head Massage, which currently qualified ITEC Holistic Massage practitioners can add to their portfolio.

It is possible to join at any time during the year and fees may be paid per term.

If you want information on the Community Sports Leader Award, youth sports or provision for people with disabilities please contact the Sports Development team on 020 7736 1724.

For students entitled to concessions, on courses marked £R there is no charge for tuition, just a single registration fee of £18. This is only paid once each academic year, however many courses you enrol on, although you may still have to pay for materials. All certificated courses have an exam fee which has been included in the course fees.

To help pay for course fees and materials, it may be possible to apply for the Learner Support Fund.

Courses leading to a qualification will require an interview before enrolment at which your level of written English will be assessed.

A fairly detailed theory course for skippers, crews and boat owners.
