Please take the time to tell us what you think. Your feedback helps us to know when we are ‘getting it right’ and also helps us to listen to our learners and make improvements to the service. Around the buildings you will find comment /compliment cards that can be completed and handed to reception, or you can email alssinfo@lbhf.gov.uk using subject heading Feedback.

Last year via the student survey, and one particular letter of complaint, you told us about some problems and hiccups you had when enrolling at Macbeth Centre.  We listened to your complaints and suggestions (thank you for those) and have implemented some changes which we hope have improved things.  In reception you will see large pink signs and a leaflet explaining the enrolment process step by step.  Of course, it also helps if you enrol early before the start of term which speeds things up for everyone.  Please let us know how you found the process this September.


You told us and we listened - Wifi

In response to requests from learners we have recently installed wi-fi for learners in all classrooms and public areas at Macbeth and ACLC Centres. It is FREE, ask your tutor for the wi-fi access code today.

Student Satisfaction Survey
We take you learning seriously, which is why we want your opinion on how well you think we are performing. We are asking you to spend just ten minutes to tell us how we are doing by completing a short survey. The Skills Funding Agency requires us to provide this information, which we will we use to make improvements. Our response: thank you for your feedback. We do have two waiting rooms for Agewell enrolment and endeavour to make sure that no one misses their turn to enrol. We will improve signposting for next enrolment.
