Student Profile
Paulo Pinto - ESOL Student
Paulo Pinto, 28, is a star ESOL student. He came to the UK in 2007 and enrolled on a two week beginner’s summer course with Jasna Dajic. Paulo made an incredible progress and within months joined Maria Teresa Patterson’s Entry 2 class. At the end of the year, they both decided that Paulo needed a fresh challenge as he continued to work hard, so he joined Jasna’s Entry 3 class. Paulo’s hard work was crowned with the full Trinity Skills for Life Certificate at Entry 3 Level in July 2008.
‘My learning experience at Hammersmith and Fulham Adult Skills and Service was a very positive one. Apart from learning English, I gained great confidence in myself and my skills and am very proud to say that I got a promotion at work. So my life has improved enormously thanks to my teachers Jasna and Maria Teresa who were incredibly kind and supportive.’
