For those looking for paid or voluntary work in the sports area, the Sports Development team will be running Community Sports Leader Award (CSLA) courses which provide an excellent starting point. ITEC level 3 ITEC Diploma Indian Head Massage, which currently qualified ITEC Holistic Massage practitioners can add to their portfolio. It is possible to join at any time during the year and it may be possible to pay course fees by regular installments throughout your course, instead of paying the full amount at the start. Please ask about installment plans when you enrol. Further education/qualification classes Courses leading to a qualification will require an interview before you can enrol. Concessions To help pay for course fees and materials, it may be possible to apply for the Learner Support Fund. |

| The course is an introduction to the basic theory and practice of meditation. It includes traditional techniques for relaxing the body, stilling the mind and developing a more peaceful and positive outlook on life.
